No song title or artwork

If the player shows the station name instead of the current song, or no cover art, here’s why.

No song title#

• The station doesn’t send song information. Many stations don’t include it in their stream. Nothing can be shown for these stations.
• Metadata is turned off. Check Fetch current-song metadata in TuneSera → Settings → Metadata.
• Show current track text is off. Check Settings → Player → Visible controls.
• It hasn’t refreshed yet. Song information updates every couple of minutes. Click Clear metadata cache to fetch it now.
• Your server can’t reach the stream host. Song titles are fetched by your server, so a firewall or host restriction can block them.

No artwork (Pro)#

• Turn on Fetch track artwork in Settings → Metadata.
• Artwork is looked up by artist and title, so it only appears when a song title is available and a match is found. Talk shows, ads and jingles usually have none.
• Show player artwork must be on in Settings → Player.
