Listening analytics shows how people use your directory: how many plays each station gets, how long people listen, where listeners come from, and which streams have problems. All data is stored in your own WordPress database.

Open your reports#
Go to TuneSera → Analytics. Analytics is on by default once TuneSera Pro is active, and starts collecting from that moment.

What is measured#
- Successful plays: a play counts only once audio actually starts.
- Listeners: unique listeners. By default, each browser session counts as one listener.
- Listening time: time spent actually playing. Pauses, errors and buffering don’t count.
- Listening now: people playing a station in the last 90 seconds.
- Playback health: how often streams start successfully, and errors.
Good to know#
- These are first-party measurements from your site, not official broadcast ratings. Ad blockers, closed tabs and offline devices can cause small gaps.
- Daily figures use your WordPress timezone.
- No data leaves your site. Nothing is sent to WPSera or any third party.
- Plays recorded before you installed Pro aren’t included.
