01About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of wpsera.com and its pages (the “Site”), and to the plugins, licenses, support and services offered by WPSera (“WPSera”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, creating an account or buying a license, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our products.

02Your account

Some features, such as the support portal, need an account. Please give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

03Plugins and licenses

• Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL), like WordPress itself.
• A paid license (for example, TuneSera Pro) gives you access to the Pro features, updates and support for the number of sites and the period of your plan (annual or lifetime).
• Each license key is for your use. Please don’t share or resell license keys; doing so may lead us to deactivate them.
• When a license expires or is cancelled, the plugin keeps working with the version you have, but updates and support stop. Where a free version exists, your site can keep running on it.

04Prices, payments and renewals

• Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and issues your invoices. Its terms also apply to the payment.
• Prices are shown on each product’s pricing page and may include applicable taxes at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect a payment already made.
• Annual licenses renew automatically at the end of each term so updates and support continue. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date.
• Coupons and offers apply only as described with the offer and can’t be combined unless stated.

05Refunds

Paid products are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee for bugs or problems we can’t resolve. The details are in our Refund Policy.

06Support

Support for paid licenses is provided through the support portal while your license is active. We help with installing, setting up and using our products and with bugs. Support doesn’t include custom development, fixing third-party plugins or themes, or general WordPress or hosting issues, though we’ll point you in the right direction when we can.

07Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site or our services. For example, don’t try to break or overload the Site, access accounts or data that aren’t yours, send spam through our forms, upload harmful files, or use our products to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

08Content and trademarks

The plugins’ code is GPL-licensed as described above. The WPSera and product names, logos, and the Site’s design, text and images belong to WPSera and may not be used to suggest that we endorse you or your product without our permission.

09Third-party services and links

Our products and the Site may work with, link to, or load content from third-party services (for example, radio streams in TuneSera, payment by Freemius, or delivery through Cloudflare). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or terms.

10Custom work (SeraLab)

Custom projects are governed by the quote and agreement for each project, which take priority over these Terms where they differ.

11Disclaimer

We work hard to make our products reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Please keep backups of your site and test changes before using them on a live site.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, WPSera will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

13Suspension and termination

You can stop using our products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account or license that breaks these Terms, after warning you where reasonable.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will give notice on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Site or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
